Cuskinny Market Garden is located in the original 0.75 acre walled gardens of Cuskinny Court dating from the early 1800s, located east of the town of Cobh in Cork harbour. We are striving to bring things back to where they were, growing seasonal fruit and vegetables using hand tools, natural methods of soil amendment and insect control without the use of chemicals. In due course we aim to achieve organic certification. Where possible we source organic open pollinated Irish heritage seeds. Our aim is to grow honest food, build our soil, nurture our ecosystem and leave this piece of Irish heritage in a better way than when we found it.
We will be selling, depending on seasonality, a range of mixed salad bags, beetroot, spinach, peas, beans, snowball turnips, tomatoes, courgettes, squash, broccoli, cabbage, onions, garlic, herbs, micro-greens, edible flowers and cut wild flower bouquets.
Fresh produce and flowers are available to purchase through our Neighbourfood Market
