Team Bonding Activity Days
Our team bonding day at Cuskinny Court Group Activity Centre offers participants an exciting, supportive environment to connect, challenge themselves, and grow together. Through a range of fun, instructor-led activities, participants build confidence, improve communication skills, and learn the value of teamwork and trust. Set in a safe, outdoor coastal setting, the day encourages young people to step outside their comfort zones, develop resilience, and form stronger peer relationships—all while having fun and creating shared memories that strengthen group spirit long after the day ends.
By offering a broader mix of both active, mental and sensory challenges we allow different personality types the scope to broaden their horizons and discover new skills and interests.
We offer a 5 and 6 activity day programme to work with your schedule. We have carefully chosen and adapted these activities to promote a mix of mental and physical challenges with a focus on creating bonds, fun and working together.
Our first years made the trip to Cuskinny Adventure Centre today where they enjoyed a range of activities including Team building Challenge Zone and Archery!The students thoroughly enjoyed the day. You took excellent care of us and we were impressed by the amount of Irish that was heard among the Cuskinny staff.
Our under 13’s enjoyed a fantastic day of team building yesterday in Cuskinny Court. The day was perfectly organised and run by the Cuskinny Team, many thanks for adding to these young Pirates memories

Our Team Bonding typically day starts from 9:45am until 1:50pm (for 5 Activities) or 2:50pm (6 Activities). Special packages can be developed to meet your particular needs. Our packages include a range of inclusive, active and creative activities to suit the needs of every organisation and and every person.

NB: Packages and pricing are based on minimum group size of 14 per group. If your group is smaller than this a minimum charge will apply, please contact us for small group rate.
Our school has been bringing our 1st Year and TY Gaisce groups to Cuskinny for the past five years, and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Cuskinny offers a fantastic range of fun, age-appropriate outdoor activities that cater to all abilities while strongly promoting teamwork and encouraging students to bond with classmates. The staff are consistently professional, enthusiastic, and excellent at engaging with students at their level. The day is very well organised, with a great balance of challenges, activities, and opportunities for students to mix and build friendships. We look forward to our next visits to Cuskinny!
