Cuskinny Court Group Activity Centre Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions below apply to the booking of adventure activities (the ‘Activity’ or ‘Activities’) and any ancillary products provided by TGMS Productions Ltd, trading as ‘Cuskinny Court Group Activity Centre’ (CCGAC)


School Tours/Activity Days:

A 100.00 Euro deposit is required in order to secure your booking and is non refundable. A provisional booking can be made by phone or via email but it is not treated as confirmed until the booking deposit and booking form has been received. 

Final numbers for your booking are required 1 week in advance of your booking date upon which you will receive your final invoice which is due for payment on or before your school tour date. Our minimum group numbers are 15 and if your numbers drop below this is our minimum payment requirement.

We require 1 teacher/leader per 20 students/children. Teachers / Leaders must agree to supervise and be present with the group at all times during their activity day. Managers and staff will assist but are not solely responsible for supervision of any members of the group All teachers/leaders must agree to be responsible & accountable for group member’s behaviour and actions. 

Lodge Accommodation/Camping:

A 100 Euro deposit payable on booking is non-refundable. If you are staying in the Lodge your final numbers need to be confirmed 72 hours in advance of your booking date to allow for housekeeping preparation upon which you will receive your final invoice which needs to be paid on arrival. Our minimum group numbers for accommodation in the Lodge are 20 and if your numbers drop below this our minimum payment requirement will be 20.

For camping we also need your final numbers 72 hours in advance of your booking date for site allocation purposes. Our minimum group numbers for camping at CCGAC is 15 and if your numbers drop below this our minimum payment requirement will be 15.

Check In/Check Out Times: Check In for the Lodge & Camping  is after 3pm on your arrival day and check out is before 12 noon on your departure day. Later departures can be arranged but will incur an additional charge. 

House rules will be outlined to groups on arrival and leaders are responsible for making sure that each member of the group is aware and adheres these rules at all times.  On departure, the building will be inspected by a member of staff and the building should be returned in the condition that it was handed over to the group – staying in keeping with the ‘leave no trace’ ethos. Groups will be held responsible for any damage to the property or facilities of TGMS Productions Ltd. 

Activities at CCGAC are run in full by our qualified leaders. Activities on the premises are not accessible to unqualified leaders therefore groups will need to avoid these areas i.e. Obstacle Course/Squirrel Trail areas etc at all times as it is not covered by our insurance and these areas will be clearly outlined to the group on arrival. All groups need to be supervised at all times on the premises as this is also not covered by our insurance.

Groups and any visitors they may have are not allowed to bring dogs / animals onto the site with the exception of guide dogs.

It is not permitted to consume alcohol on site at any time.

Private Groups / Families / Birthday Parties

A 100 Euro deposit  is required to secure your booking date and is non refundable. Final numbers and full payment must be received 72 hours prior to your booking. Our minimum group numbers are 15 and if your numbers drop below this is our minimum payment requirement.

We ask for a minimum of two parents/guardians over 18 years of age to remain with any group of under 18’s year of age while they are in CCGAC.


If a cancellation is received 28 days or less before the booked date the minimum group number payment will apply. For bookings cancelled before this cut off point booking deposits can be transferred but only to date within the same calendar year and cannot be carried forward to the next calendar year.


Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions TGMS Productions Ltd will not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property or to any person arising from the booking of or participation in our Activities. 

TGMS Productions Ltd reserve the right to make changes, or, in certain circumstances, cancel a booking. While very unlikely any changes would be minor we will advise at the earliest possible date. If it proves necessary to close the centre for reasons beyond the control of TGMS Productions Ltd, e.g. in inclement weather, and in circumstances where the group has already started activities, The Client shall not be entitled to any refund (in part or in whole). In such circumstances we will endeavour to offer alternative dates for that group.

Parking facilities are available at the site, and any vehicles are left at the owners’ risk and subject to any conditions. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions is intended to nor shall limit the liability of The Company in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of TGMS Productions Ltd or of its employees, agents or contractors.


It is the responsibility of the group leader to ensure that no participant has any health conditions or injuries (including but not limited to the following); non-controlled epilepsy, pregnancy, back injury, shoulder injury, neck injury, sprained or weak limbs, heart conditions as they may not be able to participate in certain activities.

Every group participant is required to act responsibly, show respect to the others in their group and follow our leaders instructions at all times. TGMS Productions Ltd reserves the right to remove a participant from the activities if we deem from their behaviour it necessary to do so and no refunds will be given for this participant. This includes a participant who does not comply with the safety rules and advice.
