An historic country house reimagined 

Cuskinny Court is country house estate of 15 acres of woodland, open meadows and gardens.  Dating from the 1840’s it was the home of the Bennetts who were the landlords of the townland of Ballymore. Situated on the eastern side of Great Island on Cuskinny Bay adjascent to the Cuskinny Marsh Bird Sanctuary. Conveniently situated within 5 minutes drive from the historic seafaring town of Cobh and 25 minutes from Cork city.

At Cuskinny we provide a range of activities geared towards groups of all shapes and sizes. We are particularly popular with both primary and secondary school groups, scouting and guiding groups, Gaisce, after school clubs, youth organisations, international cultural groups, language schools, ASD groups, sports teams and company social groups.

Our focus is getting groups interacting with the natural environment in a fun and engaging way.

We also have a campsite for scouts and guides as well as indoor sleeping in hostel style self catering facilities for groups of up to 50.

In the winter we run our very highly regarded and popular Christmas event – The Cork North Pole Outpost Experience
